FOR CDMA DEVICES (ie sprint or Verizon) TO ENABLE TYPING HEBREW IN SMS… GO TO Options then Mobile Network then Network Technology then switch Global to GSM. Afterward a new SMS will show or allow typing hebrew. This may not help if you are still in the US. (Verizon seems to have locked this feature) (Verizon seems to have disabled the phonetic keyboard as well. I am working on it)
