There are many different paths and methods to change our lives; I believe I can offer help to those wishing to grow and repair their lives. In my therapeutic approach, I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI) and solution-focused therapy. “I believe that people are able to, and deserve to, achieve happiness and peace — and that therapy can be an effective tool to aid that process.” I have generally worked well with people undergoing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, mood swings, relationship problems, low self-esteem, self-injurious behavior, obsessions and compulsions, life transitions, and stress management.
