Telehealth FAQ

CHE BHS is the largest Post-Acute Care platform for Behavioral and Mental Health services. CHE also provides Telehealth access to licensed Psychologists through its online therapy portal.

Online therapy is very similar to getting face-to-face therapy sessions in a psychologist’s office, except you connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home or chosen location and will not have to commute.

Once you schedule an appointment and select your preferences, we will send you additional information of the psychologist.

All CHE online providers are Doctoral level clinicians with a PhD / PsyD designation who are credentialed through a rigorous process as well as licensed in their corresponding States and have on average minimum of 3 years experience.

All psychologists have background checks and are verified with the State licensing boards. In addition, they go through an in-depth clinical training program at CHE.

CHE BHS provides therapy to individuals who are 21+ and experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, sleeping disturbance, trauma, anger, family conflicts, LGBT matters, grief and more.

CHE is not for anyone under the age of 21 or for whom the following is true:

  • You are in an urgent crisis or an emergency situation
  • You have thoughts of hurting yourself or others
  • You have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness, or if you have been advised to be in psychological supervision or psychiatric care
  • You were required to undergo therapy or counseling either by a court order or by any other authority
  • You do not have a device that can connect to the Internet or you do not have a reliable Internet connection

Your initial therapy session will cost $99. Follow up sessions are available for $79 for 30 minutes and $99 for 50 minutes.

The cost of the session is the same on weekends or evenings.
