CHE Compliance Program
CHE Behavioral Health Services (CHE) is committed to serving our patients in a legal, ethical, and responsible manner, consistent with the organization’s mission and values. We strive to provide high quality services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as CHE policies and procedures. CHE recognizes its obligation to comply with all requirements related to participation in Federal health care programs (such as Medicare and Medicaid), including the submission of accurate and complete claims and bills.
CHE has established a Corporate Compliance Program to ensure that the organization operates in full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. If a CHE employee, contractor, patient/family member, or other individual has a compliance-related concern or issue, he/she is encouraged to report it for review and appropriate action by the CHE Compliance Office.
A confidential Compliance Hotline is available to report (anonymously if preferred) any compliance concerns or issues. The Hotline is available 24/7, and has multi-lingual specialists available.
