A Loving-Kindness Meditation Practice
Given the current global situation, the DEIB Committee hosted a gentle meditation practice focused on world peace and to hold space with one another for connection and self-care. We had the opportunity to witness and support each other so that we may continue to engage in presence and loving-kindness.
The first part of this session was a guided loving-kindness meditation followed by an open platform for discussion.
