CHE Behavioral Health Services is a multidisciplinary specialty clinical group of licensed mental health clinicians who provide psychology and psychiatry services for adults 18 and older through outpatient telehealth therapy, clinic-based services, and inpatient services through skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Online therapy (telepsychology, telehealth) is very similar to face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in a psychologist's office, except you connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home via our secure online network. Research indicates that telepsychology sessions are as effective in many cases as in-person psychotherapy.

All psychologists must pass background checks and are verified with state licensing boards. In addition, they go through an in-depth clinical training program at CHE.

No, our psychologists do not prescribe medications. However our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners are able to prescribe medications in the appropriate patient care setting.

CHE provides outpatient telehealth therapy to individuals 18 years and older who are experiencing significant stressors that require professional care and support. Some examples for seeking therapy include: increased stress, anxiety, depressed mood, sleep disturbances, increased frustration and anger, family or relational conflicts, and complicated grief. It is CHE's mission to provide affordable and accessible therapy services to our patients. We know that it is difficult to find in-network providers with many insurance companies, hence CHE has partnered with many large payers in many of the States we practice in. Please check with your State's drop-down list to see if your insurance is listed. We continue to contract with commercial payers. Check back regularly for updates to our website and expanded service areas.

The session is 45 minutes long.

You may reschedule or cancel prior to 24 hours before the appointment. If you do not cancel the appointment prior to the required 24 hour period, you may be charged a $65 cancellation/no show fee.
