Celebrate Spanish Heritage Month with Us

Hispanic Heritage Month

Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15th to October 15th, by celebrating the histories, cultures, and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. This time period was chosen because it includes Independence Day celebrations for Belize, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua.

Latino, Hispanic and Latinx Americans have wonderful traditions to honor and are a vital part of the American population. The Hispanic population in the United States accounts for 19% or 1 in 5 Americans, according to the 2020 Census.

Once more CHE joins in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month and we invite all of you to do so.
