Dr. Dana Watson is the Vice President of Quality Assurance and a Clinical Psychologist at CHE Behavioral Health Services, a multispecialty clinical group dedicated to increasing access to behavioral and mental health services and reducing the stigma associated with mental health conditions.

Dr. Watson received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and human resources from Arkansas State University and her master’s in clinical psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. She launched her career in forensic and correctional psychology at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Watson has accumulated treatment expertise in inpatient, outpatient, community-based rehabilitation, and geriatric psychology and has served as adjunct faculty for undergraduate and graduate programs at several universities. Her clinical experience and excellence in leadership, combined with her passion and talent for training, have made her one of CHE's most significant assets and resources on its clinical staff.
