I have been working as a clinical psychologist for over 30 years with adults of all ages including older adolescents. I feel that making a connection with your therapist is one of the most important aspects of therapy and I hope to provide my clients with a sense of caring and compassion, for without a trusting relationship therapy cannot be successful. I believe in empowering my clients to tap into their strengths to address their struggles and learn ways to cope effectively with whatever life throws at them. Life can be messy but with strong coping skills you can thrive.
